Kovai Medical Board recommends 12.5% dividend

Kovai Medical Center & Hospital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the payment of dividend @ 12.5% on the equity share capital of the Company (Rs 1.25 per share) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the 21st Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on September 28, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.63.75, up by Rs.1.75 or 2.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.64 and low of Rs.62. The total traded quantity was 4583 compared to 2 week average of 9369.
