IDFC to increase stake in SSKI to 66.67%

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that the Company has decided to increase its equity interest from 33.33% to 66.67% in SSKI, a privately held domestic corporate finance and institutional securities Company based in Mumbai. Through this investment, the Company and SSKI propose to work together by pooling their relationships and expertise to provide investment banking and capital markets solutions especially to infrastructure clients.

The stock closed the day at Rs.131.45, up by Rs.1.50 or 1.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.132.70 and low of Rs.127.50. The total traded quantity was 2160505 compared to 2 week average of 1767644.
