Fine Line Circuits Board to recommend dividend

Fine Line Circuits Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider approval of accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and audited results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the Board may also consider recommendation of maiden dividend for the year 2006-07.
