Ansal Housing Board recommends 18% final dividend

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, have decided to recommend final dividend @ 18% for payment to the Shareholders for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
