Alchemist fixes Record Date for consolidation of equity shares

Alchemist Ltd has announced that July 12, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Consolidation of Ten equity shares of the face value of Rs One each in to One equity share of the face value of Rs Ten each.
