Shivalik Bimetal Board recommends 12.50% final dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has approved the proposal for recommending the final dividend of 12.50% (Rs 0.25 per share) for declaration at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 20, 2007.
