Godawari Power Board recommends 20% final dividend

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 20% i.e., Rs 2/- per each Equity Share for the year 2006-07 in addition to interim dividend of 10% already paid to all the shareholders, after the same is approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
