International Conveyors Board to consider dividend

International Conveyors Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. Approval of the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also to approve Directors Report.

2. Recommendation of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year 2006-2007.
