Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007 inter alia, to consider allotment of convertible securities to investors and Promoters’ Group and Scheme of Amalgamation with/into Jai Parabolic Springs Ltd.
