Deepak Nitrite Ltd updates on Issue of Commercial Papers

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has issued Commercial Papers (CP) for Rs. 20 crores value dated August 28, 2014. This has been subscribed by HDFC Bank Limited having maturity date as October 04, 2014.

The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.

Shares of DEEPAK NITRITE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.77.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13957 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 77.95 and intraday low of 77. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1081554.
