NALCO Board recommends final dividend of 25%

National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final Dividend @ 25% to be paid to the eligible shareholders, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting. Further the Company has informed that, the 1st Interim Dividend @ 35% and 2nd Interim Dividend @ 15% have already been paid making a total of 75% Dividend for 2006-07.
