Phillips Carbon Board recommends 20% dividend

Phillips Carbon Black Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% on paid up share capital of the Company, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
