BAG Films Board recommends 10% final dividend

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 26, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend @ 10% per paid-up equity share of Rs 2/- each for the Financial year ended March 31, 2007.
