Hon'ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh approves Scheme of Arrangement of Aurobindo Pharma

Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh has approved the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of APL Life Sciences Ltd (APL Life) and Senor Organics Pvt Ltd (Senor) into the Company and the utilisation of share premium account of the Company.

Further, no shares would be issued by the Company in consideration for the merger as both APL Life and Senor are wholly owned subsidiary Companies.

KPMG India Pvt Ltd has assisted in the process of merger.
