Mahindra Forgings fixes Book Closure for AGM

Mahindra Forgings Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 14, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 25, 2007.
