Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2007 to August 25, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 25, 2007.
