FCS Software Board recommends 15% dividend

FCS Software Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the final dividend of 15 % for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the shareholders. The total dividend recommended for the year is 25% (Rs 2.50 per shares on par value of Rs 10/- per share) including interim dividend of 10 % (Rs 1 per share).
