Arvind Remedies Board to recommend final dividend

Arvind Remedies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and take into record the audited accounts and all schedules and notes on account forming part thereto along with the auditors report thereon for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend final dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
