Orient Ceramics Board recommends 10% dividend

Orient Ceramics & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 10% (Rs.1.00 per share) for the year ended March 31, 2007. The Dividend is on the enhanced capital after the Bonus Issue.
