Toyama Electric Board recommends 7.5% dividend

Toyama Electric Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 7.5% for the year 2006-2007, subject to approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
