Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and declaration of Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
