Intellvisions Software Board recommends 10% dividend

Intellvisions Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend 10% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
