Hindustan Housing Board recommends Rs.5 dividend

Hindustan Housing Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend at the rate of Rs 5/- per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2007.
