Andhra Petrochemicals Board recommends 10% dividend

Andhra Petrochemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 10% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 06, 2007.
