Dynemic Products Board recommends 10% dividend

Dynemic Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Recommended the dividend @ 10% per share subject to approval of members in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

2. The 17th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 20, 2007.
