ABG Heavy Board to recommend dividend

ABG Heavy Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider the proposal for recommendation of dividend on the Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
