Ashco Industries Board to consider dividend

Ashco Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007 inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and also consider the payment of dividend, if any, to the shareholders.
