GRM Overseas Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider the recommendation of Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
