Vikash Metal Board recommends 5% dividend

Vikash Metal & Power Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia has considered and recommended a dividend of 5% i.e. Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
