BEML Board declares 80% second interim dividend, fixes price band as Rs.1020 - Rs.1090

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, has accorded approval for:

1. The public issue of 49 lakh equity shares will open on June 27, 2007 and close on July 03, 2007 and the Price Band fixed is Rs 1020 - 1090 per share. The bidding lot is fixed at 5 shares and in multiples of 5 shares.

2. Payment of Second Interim Dividend of 80% on the paid-up share capital of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, July 12, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Second Interim Dividend.
