Bharat Fertiliser to consider allotment of shares to Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd

Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to consider and allot 11,12,000 equity Shares to the equity Share holders of the M/s. Wada Alums & Acids Pvt Ltd pursuant to scheme of arrangement approved by Hon'ble High Court Mumbai, on June 15, 2007.
