Austin Engineering Board recommends Rs.2 dividend

Austin Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs 2.00 per Equity Share for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of Annual General meeting of the Company to be held on September 29, 2007.
