IFCI to issue Rs. 2000 crores of bonds

The Board of Directors of IFCI Ltd at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, gave its approval for Public Issue of Taxable, Non-Convertible Bonds for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 2000 crore under the Shelf Prospectus.

Shares of IFCI LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1870800 in over 7601 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.1 and intraday low of 35.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 68533132.
