Morarka Finance Board recommends 5% dividend

Morarka Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend @ 5% (Rs 0.50 per share) on Equity Shares of the Company.
