Suprajit Engineering Board recommends 30% final dividend

Suprajit Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board recommended a final dividend of 30% on the Fully Paid Equity Shares of the Company for the year 2006-07, in addition to the interim Dividend of 20% already paid by the Company.

2. Mr. Ian Williamson was inducted as an Additional Director of the Company.

3. Mr. K Ajith Kumar Rai, Managing Director, was also appointed as Vice-Chairman.
