Energy Development Board recommends 10% dividend

Energy Development Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 24, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 10% on paid up share capital of the Company (Rs 1/- per Equity share of Rs 10/- each) for the Financial Year 2006-07 (subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).
