Span Diagnostics Board recommends 18% dividend

Span Diagnostics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.80p. per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each.
