Premco Global Board to declare dividend

Premco Global Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider adoption of account for the year ended on March 31, 2007 and to consider the proposal for Declaration of Dividend.
