AVT Natural Board recommends 30% dividend

AVT Natural Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Dividend of 30% (Rs 3/- per share) on the equity capital, for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Mr. P Shankar, IAS, was co-opted as Director on the Board of the Company. He is an Independent Director.
