Bharati Shipyard Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and declaration of dividend, if any.
