Chordia Food Board recommends 15% dividend

Chordia Food Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the Dividend @ 15% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007.
