Hanil Era Textiles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, to transact the followings:

1. To review and consider the Audited Financial Results for the year 2006-07.

2. To recommend the Dividend for the year 2006-07.
