JK Lakshmi Cement fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 09, 2007 to July 12, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 67th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 12, 2007.
