Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2007 to September 05, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 05, 2007.
