Narmada Gelatines Board recommends 15% dividend

Narmada Gelatines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007 @ 9% on the outstanding 9% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares and 15% on Equity Shares of the Company subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
