Vipul Board to recommend dividend

Vipul Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the said year.

2. To consider recommendation of Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
