Wanbury Board to recommend dividend

Wanbury Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To recommend dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.

2. To approve Annual Accounts for the year ended as on March 31, 2007.

3. To approve date and notice of Annual General Meeting.
