Television Eighteen India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider & approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the proposal for the Issue of Bonus Shares.

3. To fix the date of Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock closed on Friday at Rs.860.40, up by Rs.9.10 or 1.07%. The total traded quantity was 131718 compared to 2 week average of 49788. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.889 and low of Rs.850.
