Evinix Accessories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the year ended on March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend the payment of Dividend for the financial year 2006-07, if any.
