Bodal Chemicals Board to consider final dividend

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007 as well as for recommendation of final dividend on the equity shares, if any for the financial year 2006-07.
